Who We Are

Founded in 2022, Mid-Mitten Weather is a registered student organization at Central Michigan University dedicated to supporting the next generation of meteorologists and weather enthusiasts. Our mission is to help students build confidence in their forecasting and communication skills while fostering a deeper understanding of atmospheric science.

As the only university in Michigan offering a degree in meteorology, Mid-Mitten Weather provides a unique platform for collaboration and learning. Our club strives to strengthen the connection between the campus community and the atmosphere around us - creating engagement, awareness, and trust in all things weather and climate.
